1 Like I think Far Cry 3 will win, but it shouldn't. ME 3, even while being the worst of the trilogy, still beats FC 3 in my book. That's how great the franchise is. I value great storytelling and deep combat mechanics over an open world with shitty dudebro scenes much more.
Although i love Mass effect i think far cry 3 should win for no other reason than it showed Cod and all the other generic shooter how it's done

Pretty sure Far Cry 3 will walk away with a victory for people's choice, and GW2 for Editor's Choice or possibly ME3
A lot of love for Far Cry 3. I've voted for it in each round, now I just need to get around to playing it.
I had more people die in xcom than ME3. I love both games, i dont want to see either lose. But their can only be one victor.

1 Like those who think Mass Effect 3 is a big dissapointment, you guys are all wrong. Black Ops Declassified was the BIGGEST dissapointment in 2012 follwed by Assasin's Creed 3 Liberation and ZomiU
Far Cry 3 owned Forza Horizon very badly. Halo 4 and Borderlands 2 are pretty close. If you voted for Halo 4, press 1. If you voted for borderlands 2, press 2.

1 Like Can't believe Halo is loosing to Borderlands... Borderlands just seems so dull. It really doesn't have a place in this list.
1 Like @makbar59 Personally, I had the most pure fun from playing Borderlands 2. Halo 4 indeed had better graphics and drama, but the laughs and fun lighthearted gameplay from Borderlands 2 make it my GOTY.

1 Like Don't approve of bracket systems, just don't feel they're ever flat and fair. Things like this should just be winner by majority of a single vote.

I just watched the video of the draw and not once did the gal show the bingo balls to the camera or the list, the dude was reading from, to show which number corresponded to which game. This whole process could be manufactured. I'm sort of disappointed that Gamespot would pick peoples' choice game this way.... Is it really the peoples choice?
ps. not to mention many games were not included in this so called draw.
I'm happy that Diablo 3 got destroyed quickly. That kind of game focused on P2W even though its not a F2P model should nver be praised. I uninstalled it today.
