First of all, this game looks great. The vehicle designs and everything are just beautiful but thats pretty common with PSP games. The game is fast and the battles are fun, great for multiplayer. The problem with this game is, in my opinion, that its over too quickly and there isnt any real story to it. I can see how this game could be just awesome, but it falls a little short. If you just want something quick and mindless (which is hardly a bad thing) id recomend it, but if you want something to occupy you for a while, look elsewhere.
