I'm going to make this short because I am so disappointed about probably one of my most HYPED games in the Battlefield series since Battlefield 2. I LOVE World War 2 especially in the FPS genre, and was a HUGE fan of BF 1942...HUGE! That game was EPIC and an experience like no other. Yeah, battlefield has changed since those days, but with the promise of WW2 Battlefield we all saw 1942 on the new frostbyte engine. Huge Battleships, bombers, Giants maps...we got NONE of those things... N O N E. This is not Battlefield. This game soul feels like Call of duty WW2 but with some flyable planes, and some tanks. The maps are EXTREMELY small, so small they do NOT accommodate tanks or planes whatsoever. Unlike every other Battlefield since 1 there aren't many vehicles to use per-map unlike Battlefield 2,3, and 4 where you could have a dozen on a single map. That is what Battlefield is about, a huge open map, with tanks ,planes, jeeps. This is the new direction of Battlefield and it suc*s. Everything about this game deserves 1 star, except for the graphics which are really good 9/10. Goodbye Battlefield, man am i going to miss you. Thank you Dice for Battlefield 2, literally my favorite game OF ALL TIME. The memories on that game alone I'll carry in my gamer heart to the day I die.
