I Finally know why I don't like this game. It's trying to copy Team Fortress 2 but it isn't nearly as good.
Also they put the Demoman(e), Heavyweaponsguy and the Soldier together, sort of. And there are no medics and engineers. They put the team-work part away from the game a bit (Altho you still need 1 or 2 soldiers around you if you are a gunner). Also they took this fast paced great game and put it on a BF2 engine, that's just... the most rudicilous thing i've ever seen, the BF2 engine isn't suited for that, if you've played the game it isn't a game where you can do some decent trickjumps and bunnyhops, which in my opinion should be possible in a game of that genre.
The cartoon graphics are cool, but they are also not their own idea...
And then we have the part where you can upgrade your soldier, every single character will cost you money if you want it to look good. In TF2 you can just edit every character for free, after 2 characters it's better to buy BF2. Oh yeah, TF2 has a decent server selection screen.
It's not all ownage tho this game, there is 1 better alternative (if it were played and had the same nice steam achievements and other bonusses) Fortress Forever, the only good fortress in my opinion, only has 1 active server but has a great feel to it. If you ask me with this games it all comes down to the feel and there hasn't been a single BF game that 'had the right feel' for this kind of game. BF2 had a fun engine, but for a way different combat style. HL2 didn't have the right engine for it too, but for Fortress Forever they did a great job. In TF2 it's good too, even if the bunnyhop in that game is the lamest thing you've ever seen.
So what i'm trying to say is, don't waste your time and money on this game, it seems like a really fun new concept, but the idea is old and compared to the original they didn't do it much good.
There is one upside to the game tho, it's easier...
