It's free. No, really it is. Forget all about the micro-payments service. I have three characters on this game, two level 13 Gunners and a level 12 commando. And I have not paid a single penny/cent for anything. Truth be told, if I could fit in more game playing time, full stop, then all of these would be closer to 20. The top level that any character can attain is 30. And the number of characters at that level is pretty slim right now.

Yes you can spend a fortune on this game, but in my opinion that just spoils the nature of it. After all, I think that if you must invest a lot of capital in a game, get something that is not just a multi player 3rd person shooter game.

But as a game, the art, the cartoon physics, the game play functions, they all add up to make a really great game in my opinion.
