Was I the only one who was shouting "RELOAD!"? Check 8:34 to 10:01. I tend to think of it as a benefit to our evolution if a soldier runs towards the battle with 1 bullet in his magazine (and a couple of hundred in his pocket) saying "I haven't got this far before", fires his 1 bullet, and gets hit while reloading.
