Maybe I will not survive when there will be a game where the players can play with the "bad" factions in Campaign in FPS. Since Wolfenstein (somewhere there) FPS games have Campaigs only with the "good" guys. I mean-real and progressive Campaign,not like Battlefield 1942. I am simple fed up with this situation.....

This looks good, but can't really tell if it's mainly gameplay or cinematic. I hope they make the story nd ingame events intence, cus I didn't feel the vibe from the 2nd one. The 1st was awesome though and funnier with Haggerd.

Does anyone have a problem with Flash Player 10 is required to watch this video. i installed it but i still can't watch any videos on gamespot, please help !

@beryxez Actually the PC version is getting special treatment. 40 more players in a match than on consoles, better graphic settings (obviously) etc. This isn't going to be a crappy port like borderlands and oblivion were.

this has to have no respawn mulitiplayer mode..i mean look at it...it so hardcore...

really like it, i wait for this one instead of hopelessly waiting for 6 Days In Faluujah.

they need to have prone and a multiplayer that has 32v32 large scale maps like bf2. but since it looks like they're aiming towards consoles like every other game out there. then i bid you adieu PC players, BF3 will not be as groundbreaking as BF2.

and that was the SINGLE PLAYER, Dice isn't even known for single player. Imagine the MULTIPLAYER!

@ganesh69 It will look like that with maxed out graphics lol but who's to say it will run well...BF2 had insane hardware specs too. All I really need to do is upgrade my vid card up to maybe a gtx 400 series. and im good to go for close to max settings xD

I was an avid player of Battlefield 2 and I can honestly say single player is the last thing on my mind. Hell, the most die hard BF2 fans would have DICE completely forgo developing a campaign if it secured the quality of the online multi-player. I cannot wait to return to the mayhem of 64 players on the Battlefield.

also, a proper single player campaign please..

Judging by that last scene...I wonder if there will be missions to take out whole buildings? That would be insane!

I hope it is not a story-driven modern warfare game (we already have too many) but a BF2 with better graphics... Pity there aren't the russians but just the MEC vs USMC... The problem is that from the trailer it seems the same story driven stuff we already have in abundance...

Did i just watch the news..embedded journalist..omg this loox freakin real!...just one simple question EA...why dont u show the squad classes in the in-game squad/map ?..so i can pick mine before respawning in a squad...getting a lil tired of playing with 3 assualties..or dying bc i am the 4th sniper u know..its a small but very usefull tweak i'd say ;)..*pre-ordering*

WEOOOOOOO!!!! Hopfully this one sticks around like a cod game does. I hated buying bad company and having a blast with it before everyone reverted back to playin CoD.
