I just got an email that my origin account email has been changed. I can't log into my account. What do I do now? How do I contact them?

Looks like you'll have to make another EA/Origin account, and file a ticket. While doing a search, I couldn't find a support number, and all the support they offer is via their website which you need to be logged in to use, most likely by a ticket system, but there might be live support chat too.
By any chance did you have that new MoH game linked to your account?

Guess this is what I get for buying an EA game. Nobody feels like answering the phone. How do they get away with this?

I asked about MoH, because I've been hearing there was an exploit with that game when you link it to your account. Did the reps you talked to tell you anything more about your account being stolen?

do they not need to log into your email to confirm a email change or can it be done without the old email?

I've been seeing a lot of theft complaints lately with Origin. I only use Origin for BF3 / ME3 but this is starting to worry me, what can be done to increase security?

I agree but I don't agree on your multiple troll topics. Therefor I am neutral.

My theory is that account information on their (Origin/EA) end was somehow compromised, or there is some sort of security flaw with Origin, as I lost my account in the same manner (email address was changed etc.). Out of the several accounts and services I use on a daily basis on the same computer, this is the only major incident with security I've ever experienced and I always have firewalls/AV running. Hackers didn't even need access to my email account to confirm the change of email address which is total BS. When I discovered my account was compromised, I checked my battlelog page via Google and the language had changed to what looked like Russian.
Anyway, as I had bought the physical copy for PC I was lucky enough to still have the product key (I always go digital now, which I think would have probably caused a major headache getting my account back) and I had also made a separate Origin account for SW:TOR, so I logged onto that account, talked to a rep and gave my product key had my account was transferred back to my ownership in like less than 5 minutes, so at least the customer service in my experience was very good.
My recommendation would be change your password now if you have an Origin account.
