Battlefield 2142 Video Review

classic example of why multiplayer bots are a necessity. After several years, people don't get online to play old games anymore which creates a dead online community thus a dead game, IF you don't have AI support. I still play this game today with a sh*tload of bots and it's a blast. Looks like Dice didn't understand this concept in making BF3.

I wish dice would try something risky and new again. This might be my favorite battlefield game

I started playing this game again last week, there are still some people enjoying this game, too bad the cheaters haven't left it alone yet.

Still my favorite multiplayer evar. Squad based play with no parallel. Hope they redo this one.

If BF2 was available through ps network i would instantly get it!!!!!

Since DICE is updating so much of our beloved Battlefield classics I think this one should be next. But not a DLC relase like Vietnam and 1943, I mean a full blown retail game with the Frostbite 2.0 engine backing it up.

This game blew my mind. Some of the best moments are when you're traveling with a few squad mates, and artillery starts falling from the sky. You all immidately run towards the nearest shelter and throw health packs to each other while you wait for it to pass. It's such a great feeling. I don't remember BF2 having anything like that.

This is a great game. But if you buy it now, be forewarned. the only people who play it online are hardcore bf 2142. Expect to die... Alot

@cjasko94 As much as I love 2142, I think MAG is better IMO.

The price just dropped down from 50 ? to 2.70? at gamestop, I got it instantly.

I had this game on my mac, before i scratched it it was one of the funnest game experience i ever had.that was one or 2 yrs ago tho. still it rocked

I bought this in July on Ebay but the guy had already used the code so I paid to get a new one from EA customer support and they still havent writen back.

All battlefield games are the same. They're all fun!

Yes. Many people still play this. No trouble to get into a full 32 v 32

yea alot of ppl still play this game but i think bf2 has more...but i really love the titan mode
