Euro Force adds new weapons, maps and vehicles to an already amazing game

Euro Force is the first "booster pack" for Battlefield 2. Basically the game is like a mini-expansion pack that contains 3 new maps and 1 new faction with heaps of cool military hardware for $10. This is less expensive than the Special Forces expansion pack but does it have good enough content to justify the price?

The answer is YES. While only having 3 maps {each of which can be played on the same server as original BF2 maps} each one is intense and exciting. The first map Great Wall pits the European Union against China in a battle raging around the great wall. This map has something for everyone from massive Armour battles for control of key choke points to infantry firefights along the walls. The other two maps Operation Smoke Screen and Tarabra Quarry are similar. Each one pits the MEC and the EU together in massive armored battles with 10+ Tanks.

However both maps are very hard on infantry players and air power crushes everything. Balance can be a huge problem and this makes the game less fun than it should be but still the new army and maps add a lot of variety making this booster pack an excellent purchase for any BF2 owner.
