First Person Shooters just shouldn't be on consoles

I originally bought BF2 on PC and still currently play it. However when I purchased the PS2 version it was a severe downgrade from it's PC predicesor. Everything about this game screams medicore from bland AI to poor controles of vehicles and half assed campaign mode. This game would have been much better off to be left for PC. Like most FPSs without a mouse and keyboard or very simplistic control layout they shouldn't be on consoles. Graphics sound and control are so frustrating as well, since fine detail is what the PC version stressed and because Xbox and PS2 don't have the capacity to inclue the detail it takes away from the gamming experience and makes it very difficult to enjoy. It just feels like your ordinary console FPS.
Overall:
If you have a decent PC and want the BF2 experience go all out on the PC version the online gameplay is phenominal! As for for the PS2/Xbox version is hardly worth the bargain bin.
