Compared to battlefield, this is a utter disapointment. At it's own, it's still a forgetable and bland game.
Sheesh, i was wrong.
The gameplay is just bland, there is nothing that makes it exciting, the graphics are..casual at best and the music doesn't sound nearly as good as the Pc versions, largely, this game is a big disapointment.
Well, some of you out there might say: What about online? It has always been BF's strong side.
Well, the console version suffers from more sloppy framerate, and the horrible immature illiterate community.
I mean, if i wanted to describe the community as a whole, they are all jerks, ofcourse with a few exceptions, and the board here is just swimming of fanboys that will accuse anyone of trolling, just based on a different opinion of the game.
sigh.
Story: The storyline is like the game, forgetable, and uninteresting, completely and utterly.
There are three factions in this game, the US, China and The middle east, and during the game you often change sides without much notice and defenitily without caring, as this game quickly becomes a shootfest, without difficulty or brains. The story is short, but in this case, it's good, as you won't have to suffer from it's forced side switches or just plain boring events much.
You're much better off just playing this game as a brainless shooter, but hey, that's what this is anyway. It's so obviously made for the people that lacked the little intelligence required for the slightly tactical bits of the Pc versions.

Gameplay: Completely basic, point and shoot, pretty much. But hey, the game has one innovation, well..it's a pretty worthless and bad innovation, but still. You can with the switch of a button switch from characters, but due to the lack of difficulty or challenge in the game, you will rarely need it. I know i didn't.
But then again, some good things have made it from the Pc versions, different vechiles and...well..that's pretty much it.
The guns are boring, and after a while it just becomes so underwhelming you have to play something else.

Graphics: Same as everything else, there is nothing about it to make it stand out from any other game from it's time, in fact, it's behind it's time and the graphics are dull and buggy at most times.
The enviroments are bland, and extremely little tactial possiblity exsists in the game.
Guns look, well, bland yet again. (I'm getting tired of having to write ''Bland'' but that's the only way to describe it)
Anyway, character models look the same, and there is nothing noticable about it. Luckily, the game manages to not fall down into the rock bottom.

Sound: you know, from a wargame i would expect epic music and realistic gunfire and voiceing. Nothing of that exists here, the music if so boring it's undescribable, and you're better of with just muting the game. Voiceing is bad, and suprisingly (yet again) bland.
Gunfire however is so extremely badly made it's almost a crime against the medium of sound.
Vechiles sound acceptable however, and gives a small realistic island in this ocean of dullness.

Value: There is very little to get from this game, i mean, even if you find energy to stride trough the games boring and repetive levels, the different endings don't really matter. After one playtrough, you'll propably just go back to the gamestore and trade it in. Luckily, the game isn't very long, and can easily be mastered in one session, with very little restarts.

Multiplayer: This is possibly the worst aspect of the game, the community is one of the worst i've ever encountered during my entire life.
Immature jackasses is the best way to put it, even here on the boards there are mainly morons running rampant.
Lag is normal, and it just adds to the feeling that this should have stayed much longer in production, or better yet, never been released. So, if you got an IQ over 30, you won't be able to enjoy the multiplayer aspect. Now, it's totally different if you play with friends, since it CAN become reasonably fun.

So, i think i've made myself pretty clear, there is nothing worthwhile about this game, everything is bland and boring and certainly not worth your money. I hope the fanboys here go and jump off a cliff.
