Good, but certainly not flawless

Ok, I saw this at walmart for 20 bucks, so I bought it. When I got home to play it, the loading was insanely long, but it was worth it. The battle was awesome, and naturally, I picked the sniper kit.. The gameplay was so good, I decided to add one of the exspansion packs. That's where things got ugly. The Special forces(The pack I downloaded) was insanely laggy, occasionally flashing to darkness for ten minutes at a time, and finally my game went from full-screen to a window in the middle of a black square. All things considered, I hated this exspansion. The regular game was better. The controls were also flawed. The battle rose(Apparently, I can give voiced orders) was always useless, and when in a critical situation, you stop moving. Also, on singleplayer AI on my team would always end up stealing a helicopter or jet and blowing up. Worse still, even as commander of the field, when I requested a pickup from a Helicopter, the only reply was "No way, man!". My squads were always insanely stupid, while the enemy was always coordinated and einstein-like.(Remember this is all on singleplayer). However, when you get through all the stupid squads and glitches and lag, the game delivers an amazingly fun and epic war game. My only concern is that it is almost a clone of StarWars Battlefront.
