Great Movie Tie-In - Basically Extends the Movie in COD Style Game

This game took me about 90 minutes on normal another 45 on easy and another 2 on hard to get all of the achievements and all the cool mods (physics, tough man and big head). You also get cool movie unlockables. If you look at this game as a competitor to MW you are doing both games a disservice.

Battle LA is an arcade game with elements of a AAA shooter - nice visuals, guns, shooting etc. It has simple storytelling with the comics which are not great and it could be a bit longer.

But as a $10 movie tie-in, its perfect. Why waste $60 on subpar efforts like Avatar - it would have made a much better smaller tie-in like this.

If you want a fun experience killing aliens with graphics that are a step above anything in the arcade, then this is the game for you. I think its more of an 8 than a 10 but given the lower scores I think it needs some balancing out.

Very solid for an XBLA game.
