Simply fun to play. this is one of the best chess simulations ever!!

I have this game on my old MS-DOS 586 computer system, and to this day I still play it. basically the game is a chess simulation, where you can load and save your game and play against either a CPU player running off of AI of the cooresponding difficulty that you select in the beginning, or another player using the same screen as you (this game does not have a network function like the chessmaster games). on top of all that, the game features its own original animations that signify movement, and combat. there is at least one pre-animated battle sequence for every possible face off or challenge in the game of chess. the graphics are fun and the sounds and action will draw you deep into the game, not to mention make you laugh. and if you like the Monty Python and the Holy Grail movie, there is a refrence to the "black knight" in the game if you try to kill a knight with yet another knight.
