Battle Arena Toshinden

Though not your average fighter up to date PS1 fans shouldn't be able to tell a difference and they should try it.

Battle Arena Toshindan is an old school game that PS1 fans should find no trouble enjoying. In this game you can play as 1 of 8 characters. They are Eiji' Kayin' Sofia' Rungo' Mongo' Fo' Duke' and Ellis. My favorite is Duke the knight. The game is simple like most fighting games. Defeat your opponent to advance closer to victory. You will fight all of the characters in the game in arcade mode and Gaia.(Not a playable character) There is no unlockable content in the game so a memory card is nothing neccessary for this game. Every character has come to fight in Toshinden for either a personel glory or someone they love and they must defeat Gaia to get their desire. Duke for example fights to defeat Eiji(personel glory) while Rungo fights for his family and kids.
Anyways this is an enjoyable experience for PS1 fans. Not a bad PS1 game.
