A fun game for it's era, but somewhat repetative.
An uninspired sound track didn't help the monotony of fairly repetative levels and strait forward boss battles. The hardest part of the game is usually the jumps, in several areas you need to get right to the edge to make it to the far side.
There is an interesting "armor" item, you collect them and the surround you in a spinning circle, absorbing one blow per batwing. While this is usefull there is manybe one powerup per level and it's easy to get too close too any enemy while jumping and accedently use up a wing.
A fun game for as long as you can stand it.
