After spending more time with this game, I've seen the light!
I could tell there was some storyline about it, but not worth rating it on.
Gameplay: 9/10
The gameplay is excellent. 3 different weapons=3 different ways to inflict pain on your enemies! The wall-jumping mechanic is perfect! You can "BATMAN" the bad guys to death for goodness sake... LITERALLY!!! It's simple and the controls are spot-on.
Play-back: 6/10
Even with the cheats I still haven't beaten it (even though though most of the game is fairly easy). There are spots that can be frustrating and enemies that seem unbeatable, but once you've trail/error'd enough, you'll get the hang of it. Still, it gets boring playing through the game to the last level, then turning it off because the last stage is impossible.

Secrets: I usually don't expect games like this for systems like this to have any notable secrets, so I'll leave this alone.
Graphics: 8/10
Actually pretty good. There's a lot of detail in the backgrounds, which causes the character and enemy sprites to be primarily 2 colors: yellow or blue. It really doesn't detract from the experience, though.
Sound: 8/10
This sound track is incredible! Every stage's sound track is rockin'. It's a shame they just re-used the first level's track in the last level, though. Sound effects are okay.
Cons:
IT'S HARD! I like challenges, but a small health bar leads to tedious gameplay.
Total: 8/10
My advice: Buy it.
