Batman the animated series on your PS2.
Gameplay you choose one of the previous mentioned characters. Then you set off in a third person beat em up action. Each character can perform certain moves but overall each character is capable of holding their own. You can play this game in single player mode or coop mode. Coop mode tends to be more fun and helps when you are battling your way through stages that are timed.
The downside to this gameplay style is that you must fight what seems like hundreds of minions to get to a boss and then only spend a few minutes to take the boss down. Think look for weak spot and just keep attacking that area only.
Graphics for this game are above average. Each character is distinctive and easily distinguishable on the screen. Outside of that there is not much eye candy to ogle.
Sound other then the cut-scenes the sound is average.
Value for a Batman game if you are a fan of the Batman. This game will be a decent addition to your collection. While for the most part if feels like just about any other beat em up game. What sets this game apart is the story that is part of the game. Replay on this game is high. The coop mode and there are some unlockables that you will need to go back and get after you complete the game.
Tilt: This game is another attempt to find a game that will meet the needs of all who follow the Batman. On the animated series Batman is back in his typical broody I punch bad guys out mode. This game tries to capture it and does a fairly good job. The gameplay is pretty limited to a beat em up style but the cut-scenes helps to put the whole thing together.
If you are a collector of games based on super heroes this is a good game to add to your collection.
