- "Almost, but not quite"
Batman: Arkham City is a beautiful game set in a chaotic city.
If you need something relative to compare this game too image playing Prototype but your more Tactical and not as Overpowered. For though you are much stronger than the common AI, they are numerous and will kill you if you don't play smart, and that is where the game shines. You can spend all the free time you want out of quest just gliding around from rooftop to rooftop and occasionally attacking the seemingly unaware prisoners lurking below.
However this game feels like sometimes it is missing something, as though there should be more to it, but there isn't. Though the feeling is small you can tell its there, another thing will be the sometimes boring parts of the game where you are retrieving something or traveling across frozen water with a creature below.
All in all the game is pretty short, and there is not much to do after beating it except beating up more people for no reason, but if you are going to do that you might as well get Prototype or GTA lV.
Pro: Looks Real, Fun Combat, Open World
Con: Short, Easy At Times
