Not many games make that good first impression.
What is good about graphics gets even better in gameplay mechanics. You can clearly see that this game is great improvement over original one. Batman is responsive, he is moving around as 'environment aware' and above all I felt as I'm truly in control so everything is happening because I want it. Here is good moment to compare Batman to Ezio. Well, Batman really seems as smart guy: He know how to run, he actually know what is it that you want to do, where Ezio is always lost (especially on Multiplayer), often makes stupid, stupid moves that makes you think he have his own will...
Sure Batman is not such BIG BIG game but I rather play smaller polished games than BIG A*S one that's hurt to play.
Arkham City story is also nicely driven by great characters. It's not stupid nor too complicated. Great voice acting makes you believe supervillains need of revenge as well as Batman motivations.
Great thing is challenge mode, specially when fighting is so much fun.
This is very enjoyable game with a lot of content. I recommend this title to those who played Arkham Asylum. This is great sequel.
