This game is good but no where near as good as it is being reviewed. It is too short, and you fight the same thug 1000x
The Story - 9
They tried to make it like GTA with the open world but there really isn't much to do in it and not many missions. The actual story is pretty short and they try to make it longer by making you collect riddler question marks and then finding hostages. This makes the game longer but not the way I want it to be longer which is missions. The voice acting and the story is very fun to follow

Looks almost the same as last version and why is everyone so jacked and looks exactly the same? Are there no skinny people or short people in Batmans world? Faces in the game looks bad as well. I am tired of the unreal engine making everything and everyone look like Gears of War
Gameplay - 8
The counter system is neat but I'd like it to be more like Ninja Gaiden where you actually have moves and not just button mash and watch batman do crazy stuff. Also Batman kicks people off really high building all game..... um they all die and Batman doesn't kill people. Bosses are too easy to beat. It's fun to fly around the city but um Batman can't fly or at least not like he does in this game. That being said you detective mode a lot less this game which makes me feel more like Batman which is cool
Catwoman plays almost exactly the same as Batman, just doesn't fly.
Content - 3
I feel I bought half a game. I run into 6 villains that do not fight me. They are just like hi Batman, I'll see you later have a good one. The Catwoman pack thing is $10 bucks and only like 20 minutes of game play. Robin is going to be 10 buck so is Knightwing. Instead of giving me something other than a trophy for beating the game like let says new costumes or letting me play as different characters they are going to charge you $5 bucks a pop for different costumes. Halo 3 started this and it needs to stop. People need to remember you use to get this all for free !!!
Replay value - 6
Look it has Riddler trophies and other things but the game is short and fine you can play at a harder difficulty but it gets old. It was fun to play the 1st time but it not killing me to play it again or find all the riddler challenges. The game has side missions but they are all very very very short. The cool thing about the side missions is that they follow the Comic closely but at the end you are disappointing with the end of the side mission when you find the villain and he just says hi, see you later bro. I beat the game and am trading it for a different game or put towards buying Zelda or the new Oblivion game. There will be a special addition with way more content down the road.

I don't hate this game, I liked it a lot and got a really good deal for it so only ended up paying $40 for this new but still it seems just like the new Spider-man game to be additional content to the last game. I am tired of developers giving us 8 hour games and then telling us to pay them for a few extra hours of gameplay. Give me a full game at release then a couple months down the line you can offer me downloadable content that actually extends the life of the game like more missions not different costumes or different people who play exactly the same.
