If I download Harley Q's Revenge is Robin playable in the challenges?

I've been reading reviews about it and I hear it's not that hot but I want to play with Robin in the challenges. So would it be wise to download Harley Quinn's Revenge for 800msp because you get Robin in the challenges and extra content or just Robin's Bundle DLC for 560msp?

If you want to use him in the challenges, you'll need the Robin bundle pack. HQR is just a story add-on.

If you're going to get most or all of the DLC, you might as well trade in your standard edition and pick up the GOTY. Comes with all of the dlc.
