I got it while doing one of the AR Trainings, Advance AR 3 or 2 I want to say. Where it is only three rings, and in Amusement Park. Or you can just dive bomb over water, and at the last second or two (it'll take a few tries) just pull out and glide across water. It isn't really that much of a distance. But you do have to practically skim the water.

But not everyone will get it automatically. The idea here is to dive bomb, and not pull up immediately. Just release the R2 button first, it will stabilize, then pull up. You'll find yourself gliding much farther in that height.

In some battles, there will be exploding canisters that enemies will try to throw at you. Simply quickfire-toss a batarang while they have it held over their heads, and BOOM. You got yourself a nice smokescreen, some discombobulated thugs, and a trophy.
Exploding canisters are pretty common in most of the Extreme combat challenge maps. Simply kill time, wait for one of them to make a grab for it, and waste 'em.

No you can't.
I tried it for that Jammer with the REC.
If you still have to do that one, and beaten the game- you don't have to go into NG+ to do it. In the subway system are a bunch of Joker goons that show up on your way to Wonder Tower, and one of them have the jammers. This is after you've beaten the game. (They respawn)
Some of the goons around the city will grab canisters- just keep an eye out while you're doing side missions and beating the odd random goons up.
I'd try near Joker's Funhouse personally. Pretty sure there's a few BBQ Propane tanks around there they'll grab.

And if you need a good place to do the batarang challenge, on the street down from the Monarch theater there's a group of thugs. They almost always pick up a fire extinguisher to throw at you. Hit it before they throw it and there you go.

A better place is inside the court house. Theres a group of about 10 thugs there and also some explosive stuff. You can get like 5 or 6 challenges done there alone.
