I never played the first game but the story is slowly letting me in on what happened. It is a great game so far. The workshop where you can add gems and runestones to any weapon or armor like diablo 2 is great. One thing That bothers me is you can't zoom in at face level like in DnD heroes. I like getting up close and personal in a final boss battle but it doesn't allow it. Still cool bosses and a great hack and slash game. As usual this type of game is more fun with a friend. One thing I do not approve of is the sharing of experience. I like whoever kills more gets more like in D&D heroes or guantlet. Worth a buy.
