Finally something new to the table! New Blood was desperately needed and this fits so well in the football world!

505 Games "Backbreaker" offers some of what the others do not; different tackles, some definite different looks at offensive and defensive angles of game play and much more in the realistic department when it comes to how should I say it...Contact! This game's concept is a stepping stone that could easily branch out in a year or two, and potentially give EA sports a solid/strong enough reason to re-think it's mainstay game play and quality that hasn't been challenged for quite some time now. I've been an steadfast fan of Madden because nothing has stepped up for the last few years but I was craving something other than what it offer in terms game play and a new learning skill that could make me feel like I really laid a hit into someone. Well Backbreaker gives me that chance and more and while its does take some getting use to (because of playing Madden for so-ooo long) it's fresh concept of "euphoric" interaction with the players is something worth learning to adapt to. Rent it first if you're afraid to test those untested waters, but I believe you'll be entice enough after going through the basic training option and playing an exhibition game or two! Welcome the change, welcome Backbreaker!
