Its Edutainment

This is a point and click edutainment title. By the same company is a game about ancient Egypt and China. This game is about the Aztecs, and supposedly shows you the way of life for a typical Aztec villager. You play a young boy, on the run from some soldiers. You take shelter in a village, and can wander around talking to people and doing one item carry quests. They tend not to activate until you trigger the right part in the story line. The game is very linear. Its like something you'd find in an interactive museum. not for anyone with a low boredom threshold. I think it was probably aimed at children, and my guess its for tweens to young teenagers, as long as they are very interested in the period. Overall, its not very exciting, but its not the usual thing you find on the Playstation. Worth a look if you are fond of the games you find on Encarta and other encyclopedias.
