Atelier Iris 2 is definitley a worthy game yet it is far from RPG giants such as FF series.

The game itself is fun to play. It has a pretty standard combat system wich makes it fun enough to play through, although it may be too easy at some point. The main relatively new idea of the game however, is the item creation system. It is easy and fun to use, and will defintiley make the whole experience not only distracting and entertaining, but a bit too easy. One of the main advantages of the game, however, is the engaging interesting story. It will definitley make you want to keep on playing, and although it is the save-the-world cliché, it is still very interesting.
Atelier Iris has 2 main flaws: it is a very easy game, and the grapchics look more as you would expect on a PSOne, rather than a PS2. Even with this serious problems, it is still a game RPG fans will enjoy, and although you may want to rent it, it is a very good RPG.
