Assassin's Creed is that rare kind of game that you just know you're gonna remember for a long time. It's one of those games that is herelded as a classic a long time from now.

Gameplay, 9. The way Assassin's Creed works is you have a target that you're supposed to kill in one of the cities Damacus, Acre, and Jerusalem during the Crusades. You will have to utilize your abilities to jump and climb across whole cities. To find your target you will have to pick-pocket, interrogate and other methods of finding your target's location. You can assassinate civilians (which is not recommended) and guards. Sometimes you will find a civilian in need and saving them will get you allies that will help you out when you're trying to run away from the guards. The weapons you'll be using are a short and long sword, a small knife for assassinations and discs for long range fighting. There are other things you can do but it would take me forever to tell you about them all. The controls don't take long to learn at all.
The game plays fantastically. It is an absolute joy to jump and climb through the cities, never does something climable look conspicious about it. The fighting is very well done.
There are a couple cons here however. The game is a little repetitive in the information finding and doing objectives. The game is also too easy. I only died several times throughtout the whole game, and most of those deaths were from attempting to make an unmakeable jump and then falling to my death.

Graphics, 10. This early in the generation these were some of the best graphics around. The detail in the characters is top-notch. The cities have the atmosphereic effect of the Dark Ages. The game especially look amazing when you overlooking the city from a viewpoint.

Sound, 10. The music is great. The voice acting is very well done. The sound effects sound realistic.

Value, 7. The game is decently long. Should take you about 20 hours to go through it. I don't think there's much incentive to play over it again though.

Difficulty, Easy. As I said before the difficulty is on the easy side. After all, I only died a few times in the whole game.

Tilt, 9. To me this game is a classic of this generation. You should definitley get Assassin's Creed if you have even a remote interest in the action adventure genre.
