Far to tedious and repetitive to recommend. The cities and actual assassinations are fun but not enough to save this.

Sure nobody cares after reading 10000 of AC reviews.
Here goes anyways.

Good- exploring the medieval cities is extremely entertaining. Also, once you actually get to the real assassination- they are quite fun and exciting. Hard part is actually getting there. The detail is very well done too. Nothing like killing a medieval armed knight (especially when they are speaking French)

Bad- The mindless reptitive tasks are numbing. Even worse it seems you have to constantly re-start at the home base and transcend the landscape again and again on horseback over and over. The clue gathering part is horrible. A 5th grader could of done a better job. After several hours the cities tend to blend in and feel the same but Acre was the most unique.

The ugly- oh yes the game freezes and quite often. In fact during my 35 hours or so with the game I think I had about 7-8 freezes. Never heard of a game that freezes like that before. I thought my Ps-3 was broken until I read that it was very common. Even worse I heard AC-2 also freezes as much.
Overall the game is on the long side. This will probably take you a solid week to get through. The game is also on the easy side but the difficulty goes up the last 2 memories. The game is just too tedious and repetitive to like.
