Anyway, I beat this game just the other day. Throughout the game I had a relatively easy time dealing with stuff. But once I got to the part where I had to go to the Hangman's Courtyard and had to fight that She-Knight and a bunch of her guards, the difficultly seemed to have spiked. And it didn't stop there. From there to when I had to fight towards King Richard, and then when I went back to the Assassin Guild and had to fight my way towards the Grand Master.
Until that point, I used my short sword to deal with enemies. But from the She-Knight to the credits, the Hidden Blade became my new best friend. I also saw my share of gameover screens, when before I never died.
My question: Is it suppose to be a big increase in difficulty at that point? AC2 and AC3 was easy throughout the entire game, even during the final chapters.
