After you beat the Game, when you go back to the story mode you can kill anyone without losing life.How to Unlock Unlockable Beat Game, and Replay Memory Blocks Killing Without Penality Animus Eagle Vision
After the main storyline is completed Eagle Vision can be used anytime regardless of Synchronization levels inside of the Animus.
