A solid entry held back by some issues

assassins creed revelations is a fun game, but its somewhat unbalanced. there are 3 stories here, each of which the player can take part it: Desmond, Ezio and Altair. The best part of the game and the one that is most enjoyable is Ezio's story, which is great. There are some great missions and subtle tweaks like bomb making, new weapons, combat moves (like the hookblade), and great platforming make this very fun. The best part though i thought were retrieving the masayf keys, which task you with going into tombs and caverns to find the keys (similar to the ac II tombs). these sections are a blast to play and have a cool cinematic flare to them. The one weak part of the game is tower defense. This is really just so boring i never did any of them after the first mandatory defense. Although taking over templar territory is still fun like in brotherhood. One thing i would like to see in future gams is the ability to actually send your assassins on missions and actually play those side missions. Altairs sections are pretty good too although some of these sections aren't as fun as ezio's. This game gives a great conclusion to both ezio and altairs stories, but its biggest disappointment, as in every game is Desmond's story. Its just really boring to play as desmond and i really tried to enjoy it but couldn't. Unlike ac brotherhood, desmond does not do anything that is interesting in this game. Other than this, Ac Rev is great. Its got solid combat, a great story for ezio, better graphics, a wide variety of things to do and great platforming. Unfortunately it could have been better, but if you ignore Desmond and tower defense, you'll love this game
