Best Open World RPG since The Witcher

User Rating: 10 | Assassin's Creed Origins PS4

I've been playing it for 30hrs now and I still feel like I was playing The Witcher 4 (which from me is a huge compliment). This game is beautiful, varied, exciting, deep, and you learn a bunch of things about Ancient Egypt, Greece and Roman Empire (which it's quite cool actually).

For me this is clearly a must-have with a lot of things to do, to learn and to experienced.

I was very disappointed by the 7 from the GameSpot review and I assure you that this game is epic (I don't want to troll anyone but as a 30yo player I even prefer this game to my Mario Odyssey for example)

What makes it epic:

- the hero is a real badass (and it's very pleasant to have him breaking enemy's bones)

- the open world is unique and mesmerizing

- quests are varied with always a great storytelling

- you learn things about ancient cultures while playing (and this fun educational aspect is unique these days)

This is definitely the best AC and probably one of the best game this year (way behind BotW but way better than Wolfenstein for example)
