Great game but a few small tweaks desired

Lemme get this straight, This is the very first game in the Assassin's Creed series I've played. So don't expect me to know everything. And I am only halfway through the game as I write this. This is also the first review I've written on this site.

Okay so i really liked this game. I loved harassing the soldiers, infiltrating heavily guarded camps/fortresses and the thug life as a pirate. The storyline was full of excitement and details. I did not actually skip the storyline. I did not understand the part where i was a person in the modern (or futuristic) times using a computer, but then as i said, I have not played any other Assassin's Creeds ( though i plan to) so i am going to let that slide cause i believe there is an story to that too from the other games.

Now, onto the cons. What really irritated me was that I cannot upgrade the height of Jackdaw's deck. The swivels don't do shit when they only hit the railing, the hull or fly over people's heads. I have to specifically time myself to fire when I am at the wave's peak but it still does little. Suppose each upgrade allows to raise the ship's deck height by a couple feet, allowing me to shoot swivels down on the enemy crew easier.

Next con, The soldiers throw a fit over me being on a roof in a non-restricted area and walking around with a gunpowder keg. I mean, seriously...What am I doing wrong? It annoys me when i have to fight like 10 soldiers as i might die and the fact that the soldiers do not give a flying shit if they lose almost their entire army just to take down a roof runner.

3rd, the sound. I'm sure ya'all have heard of people having issues with the sounds on this game. I hear absolutely no sound at all. I've googled this issue and the solutions work as well as the Iran Deal. If you were to fix all the games up and release another edition with some edits, then take a look at the sound (lame pun not intended).

Fourthly, I get ganged up by soldiers who parry my blows and whenever I break defense, I get attacked from behind by another one or I attack another soldier (who also parries) rather than the one whose defense I broke. This does not go out well and i end up running for my life, shooting away with my fintlocks to lessen their numbers. I suppose that the addition of the pistols (if they werent in the previous games) makes it fair that the enemies be tougher, but at times, i am about ready to throw my controller at someone or something (which would not go out well since my controller is not wireless).

So basically, You got a really good game here but just needs fine tuning. But why not release release the game again with all the bugs and annoyances removed. I would be willing to pay for it :D
