Could only make it 8 hours into the game before I got completely bored out of my mind.
The new block - kill mechanic and the naval battling was fun.
The story is as bad as ever, and without that context I found missions to be pointless and confusing. Many times I found myself wondering what I was doing and why I was doing it. I couldn't connect with the main character ended up not really caring about his mission.
The story line is so generic and cliche. "Oh, hello Benjamin Franklin nice to meet you, lets go to the signing of the declaration of independence."
I thought the jumping along building rooftops and assassinating targets would redeem the game but instead the game constantly tries to engage you is tedious task like crafting barrels or finding almanac pages. Talk about boring.
By the end I wanted to gouge me eyes out. Just not worth the time to play.
