    Assassin's creed has never had demos so no. although a multiplayer beta is likely

    From July 4th to July 31 there will be a playable demo at ''GAME'' stores. You will need an ID and need to be 18 or older to play the demo at ''GAME'' stores.

    There will be a beta released on 30/09, but not a public one.

    I have a key from here, looks like there are still some available if you are quick: http://assassins-creed-beta.com

    No idea if this will be only a multiplayer or also a single player demo.

    That site doesn't look legit at all. It doesn't say Ubisoft anywhere and says there are 53/100 beta keys left. there's no way they're giving out that few and there's no way there would be any left by now.
