More teasing for Assassin's Creed II.
Oh Boy This game looks better than the 1st I can't wait to play it!
what the F*** is this??!!
this is a terrible trailer doesnt even show the game
Master: Repetition blinds these people. You must open there eyes Me: I can't! What's wrong with these people?
THIS IS THE GAME !!! -best ever played!
Assassins Creed is one of my favorite games and Assassins Creed 2 is gonna rock the world and be freakin AWESOME. I have already preordered it.
Well Assassins Creed diff hit the stealth on the spot. But in my opinion Splinter Cell lead stealth to the next gen. But Assassins Creed took it to the next level. Now Assassins Creed 2 will rock the world with its secrets.
In my opinion, only two Stealth games were "spetacular":Thief, and Assassins Creed,i'm couting the seconds to Assassins Creed 2,and Thief 4
"ITALY"
I am so exited for this game to come out and I am going to pre order it now
i think madden was/is the most repetitive game ever.
needless to say this will be a release date buy for me.
Even if the 1st game was repetitive, it was still one of my favorite games. yes you did climb towers, jump off, assassinate a ton of people and have post dramatic shock, but repeating that for hours upon end was really fun.
Repetition.
I only hope that the sequel won't be as repetitive as its predecessor was, because, the way I see it, the engine was really the state of the art in its kinda game, but... boring... as well as the last Prince o Persia, that's why I hope so because if 2/2 games from the same developer are boring...
can someone give an in depth report on what that was like the other plz?
i love that at the beggining..."ITALY."
looks WAY better than the original
STOKED
U guys should c the bullsh*t I'm getting at "Assassins Creed 2 team 450"! All I hear is "It's going to be repetitive.", "Hopefully it won't be repetitive.", and "450 people can't make this game less repetitive.". It's like it was the most repetitive game history! Come on people, We know that! It's not the end of the world!
it feels more epic and refined than it's predecessor which sucked
sounds like its not going to be anywhere near as repetitive as the original which is relieving. sounds freaking awesome can't wait. seems kinda ironic that i've just been studying on the Renaissance AND Leonardo Da Vinci...
the amount of detail on the costume is amazing
new trailer on assassins creed 2 http://assassinscreed.uk.ubi.com/assassins-creed-2/teaser/msn/
It has been revealed by Game Informer that Assassin's Creed II will enable the player character Ezio to swim, allowing the player to use the canals of Venice as hiding spots for as long as the character can hold his breath, and to drag guards into the water as a means of assassination. Leonardo Da Vinci will be featured in the game, providing a host of new weapons and contraptions for Ezio to use. At one point in the game, the player can access da Vinci's flying machine, keeping airborne using thermals from fires lit by friends gathered previously in the game.It has also been announced that there will be many more mission types (approximately sixteen) for the player to engage in. According to ScrewAttack, there will be many new weapons to choose from including an axe, a hammer, a mace, a spear, two different sword types, a halberd, and two smaller blades. Ezio will not be able to carry each weapon all the time (except for his hidden blades and throwing knives) however he will have the ability to disarm his opponents and use their weapons against them. The game will apparently have a much more sophisticated combat system. The player will have to use a variety of tactics depending on what type of enemy he is fighting. According to Game Informer, dagger wielders are quick and can use the same free-running tactics that Ezio utilizes. Brutish armored troops are strong and heavy, and can do lots of damage. Halberd wielders are "paranoid" and "keen of their surroundings", they will probe hiding places if they think the player is nearby. The health system has been adjusted to allow for a more dynamic and participatory experience, meaning that the "memory sync" system used in the first game only helps to recharge your health up to a point. More grievous injuries will require a trip to one of the many street-side doctors, who can help you return to full strength. As well as using water as a hiding place, Ezio can hide in a pile of wool or a fish cart or other places. Unlike in the first game, the player can now blend in with any crowd rather than a group of scholars dressed in white.Like in the game Hitman: Blood Money, there will be a notoriety system, and the player will become more notorious as Ezio completes more missions. However the player can go on missions to decrease his notoriety, such as assassinating witnesses, using bribes or getting rid of posters of Ezio's face. A night and day cycle has been added to the game, giving the sense of a passage of time.
i've been playing assassins creed 1 again and the map of artifacts at the end doesnt show one italy, so i dont have any idea why they'd put no.2 in italy. be a pretty cool setting though. assassins creed 2 GOTY @zedfragg i agree but according to play.com theres gonna be 16 types of missions and then the assassinations.
This is definitely on my must-buy list this fall.
I swear someone is trolling the vid. I hate that since I a huge AC fan.
@mosamania...well, they have made that mistake. Look at the pics..not just the cover.
well, when the first assassin's creed came out people speculate that the second one would be set around asia particularly japan. there's a lot of theory and mystery regarding around this game. ninja assassin's i guess if it were to occur in japan. haha. but good to know there's finally something to look out too especially that e3 is coming. hopefully there will be some preview and gameplay videos, footages, etc. as long as this game won't be a disappointment then i'm surely getting this one. but if it sucks, i'm getting it for the story. xD
awsome location, awsome game what more can i say and to the guy who wants it in asia. ARE U CRAZY??
I agree with you Knukln Futz thats screwd up...:S
I've notice that people have been getting thumbs down for praising the game. That's so messed up!
@sambucca666 a game like assassin's creed wont make such a mistake...and one more thing.. dont judge a game by its cover...literally..
This game will rock! I just love it when a game or movie is made fusing elements of history, cultures, religion and secret societies, Part 1 was excellent apart from the repetition. This game is gonna rule!
WHAT? What is going on with that costume for the main character? I mean I know it's set in renaissance Italy so on the one hand I can see why they have "updated" the assassin uniform, but frilly sleeves? floppy gloves? knee high flare-top boots? half cloak? SHOULDER PADS? *sigh*. NO,NO,NO,NO and NO. isn't he supposed to be inconspicuous? and as for the assassin logo on full display? ON HIS BODY? how the hell is he supposed to get anywhere near a target looking like one of Liberaces eighties nightmares? DEAL BREAKER.
Looking forward to it. I enjoyed the first game.
gonna be awesome no doubt about it
hell it looks great :0 i had much fun in the first one! i cant wait for this one!
Now it's Rome, now it's Illuminati well sooner or later... as UBI-SOFT inspired the storyline of the game from real events of the history, ...UBI gonna mention the case of how Illuminati and the Assassins are linked together as Rome takes the second chapter.
YES!! Hopefully the devs took into account the needs for improvement from the old game.... but it still rocked
nice setting for the next installment, i hope it won't be like the first where you just stand and wait for your enemies to hit you so you can use counter attacks and instantly kill them...
I enjoyed the first one but my god it was repetitive with recon missions, if they don't sort that and mix it up a bit I'm afraid I may just get too bored...I hope not though I did like the story.
i wonder if you'll play as the same character (outside the animus, inside it will obviously be a different person...but perhaps just another person in your distant ancestry? then if would make sense.)
Finaly man this game will rule!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i wasn't to happy with the first one because of the repetition but im still excited about this game just because i love assassin stealth type games
it will be the best game ever.. cant wait for it...
After what I heard it prolly won't be repetitive like AC 1 JayReviews.
Interesting location for the sequal, not sure how it will work in contrast to the first game.
when do we get to see some real footage of the game ??
