Assassin's Creed II User Review
- Difficulty:
- Easy
- Time Spent:
- 10 to 20 Hours
- The Bottom Line:
- "Almost, but not quite"
A fine improvement to the first game who was good looking but just plain dull. This sequel improves on many things, but time is short for Ubisoft to make a A.C game that gets everything right before people are bored of the series.
The Pro's:
-Much more compelling story that keeps you interested
-Longer lifespan
-More sidequests and other things to do.
-Mainquest are variable rather then seek and kill
-Levels are nicer, not so grim and similar looking as the first game
-More weapons, functions of use and upgradable
The Cons:
-Still struggling with frustrating controls and sudden actions you don't want the player to do
-Camera can annoy at times.
-Misplaced ingame characters and laughable scenes at times which kills realism
-All to easy.
-Still abit quirky on AI functions.
-Achievements are little rewarding
-Money system is not demanding enough. To easy to buy what you need in no time
All in all a good game, and i still like the involvement of real characters that actually lived. But this franchise is in bait for real story writers since there are some parts in the games where things just seems to be done hasty leaving you with a "wtf moment". Let's all hope the next game will deliver a full bang on and hope that Jade Raymond can deliver a game that is as good as her looks ;)

A true treasure. I simply cannot bring to light any flaws this game may have. Absolutely wondrous.
