Good to fill a gap in the story, though shouldn't have been left out in a money grabbing attempt.
It is great to give characters that got little screen time in the main game big roles in this DLC. It finally makes sense why Caterina Sforza is in the game, without the DLC she is just a random woman. Niccolò Machiavelli also gets a big role instead of just his normal speech before the final mission. The worst characters have to be Caterina's children mainly due to there irritating voices. The actual level structure is fun there are some good battles but nothing that different you won't be feeling out your depth. You'll be happy with the purchase of this DLC but your mind will not be blown, it's strongest past is the story that links to the next DLC, what again does feel a little cheating you get to the end of this DLC it ends of a cliff hanger til you buy the next if not you'll be skipped back on track to the final mission.
If you wanted more fun with the flying machine, you can fly around forli in it, this may sound fun but with no goal it feels pointless just gliding around.
This is a good download and is needed if you are a fan of the the game, but it is one of the weakest parts of the game.
