Charming, brilliant, beautiful, bold, thrilling, enthralling, these are just a few of the choice adjectives I would use to describe this incredible work of craftsmanship. Allow me to elaborate.
The game's best attribute is its location. Set in gorgeous renaissance Italy, you feel as if you are in a living, breathing, 16th century world. The crowd is perfect and very lively. What immediately stood out to me about the setting was the color. Beautiful lush green grasses, deep blue seas, and gorgeous sunlight illuminated the beige and tan architecture. To further emphasize this color theme, one of my favorite things to do was to renovate a tailor shop, and dye my clothes to one of a vast array of colors. The graphical design was truly a work of art.
The story is fantastic. You play as Ezio Auditore Da Firenze, who will quickly become one of the most charming and captivating game characters you will ever witness. He lost his family to the evil templars, and you go on a mission of assassinations to end the templar influence in his country. Wonderful settings within the story, my favorite being the carnival. Absolutely mesmerizing.
Gameplay is just so darn fun. Running from rooftop to rooftop, air assassinations, and parkour puzzles are just some of the things that make this game so good. I am a huge fan of stealth, and the stealth does not disappoint.
What makes the stealth aspect even better is the fantastically tense music. Jesper Kyd did an amazing job with the soundtrack, perfectly amplifying whatever mood is needed to be conveyed, be it sneaking through a dungeon or walking through the piazza.

Folks, just get this game. It is very cheap now, and it is beyond worth the money. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Andiamo! Off to the adventure of a lifetime!
