Hidden messages in glyph puzzles (Spoilers?)

Has anyone bothered trying to decode the messages hidden in the puzzle(s)?
I believe right now I'm doing glyph 4, in the first or second photo I saw some hexadecimal code that I thought would turn out to be gibberish so I didn't bother translating it. in this picture of buddha with the text "This MONSTER did not come from man." I hovered over Buddha's face and in the zoom box there's multiple rows of binary code. upon translating this code (because I figured it had to be there for a reason) I got "Sumerian. Me 23." above the box with the lines of binary code there is the text "b-2" which may be denoting what part of this... encrypted message this is. Anyone?
If no one else has bothered I'll probably go through a second time and thoroughly examine all the puzzles...

In the one where it says "it leads the young to war" or something like that, in the bottom right corner, there is numbers there, and b2 was one of them, perhaps the order in which they need to be to complete the hidden message?

Me and my GF were noticing that, she's a fan of the Dan Brown series so she's all over the templar thing in the game. She does the puzzles with me cuz she like em so much, and she feels like a detective.
Also, yeah, it just means that another play through is necessary in order to finish the hidden hidden puzzle.

In the civil war photo there is a cryptograph of some sort in the top left corner and in the bottom right corner theres a cipher 65=a.

Friend of mine pointed out to me last night, the second glyph has morse code in it briefly describing how Houdini and Gandhi died. There's also a code on the map in the Roosevelt picture, but we don't know what exactly it says.

After you complete the sixth puzzle, but before you put in a passcode, there's a string of morse code that says "Templar Texts Adapted By Mr ? Smith"
the ? is there because the letter in that place is .-.-.- which is too long to be a letter.

I have yet to figure out this one.. in fact with what is given I'm pretty sure it's impossible as there's only one A in the whole thing. I speculate that 110 = space but I have no idea what the rest of it is.
Perhaps there are more letter=number things scattered throughout the pictures or that picture, but i didn't see any more

In the Hitler Bunker picture there is a message encoded in a simple transposition cypher. The encoded message was AOL KVBISL DHZ RPSSLK PU AOL IBURLY in case anybody missed it.
I'll let you figure it out on your own since it's pretty simple and it makes the game more fun :-)

The glyph after Master Mahal/Cain, with Czar Nicholas II and Joan of Arc (I believe this is glyph 6) has more binary ASCII in it.
For Nicholas:

If any of you are familiar with Sumerian mythos or if any of you have read Neal Stephenson's Snow Crash, you'll know that Sumerian Me 23 is a reference to Sumerian origin mythology and "me" are rules/laws of society. The "me" were like powers and duties that related gods to humans. If you look at the Code of Hammurabi, you can see Marduk handing off something that looks representative of the two Pieces of Eden in the game.

There's been a similar post, but I'm not sure they meant the same thing. At any rate...
In the second glyph puzzle, the picture of Roosevelt has some more markings on the map, that don't looked to me like morse code. Look at the spot the man with the pointer is touching it on the map.

For that matter, how have you been translating binary and hexadecimal into alphabetical code? Have you been matching the values to their ASCII character equivalent?
