Where can I dive for 25 meters? also, where's a good spot to perform that parachute thing? would any assassins tower/ borgia tower do?

It didn't work I tried diving twice...you meant tiber island hideout right? that's where I dived off

Okay, I'm still confused on this one. From the viewpoint going into the water he always does a jump and from the ledge area by the viewpoint beam he seems to do a jump, neither of which count. I tried going up to the top above the door but all those jumps resulted in desyncs. I'm starting to feel a bit dumb not being able to do what should be one of the simplest challenges. Where precisely is this magical spot? BTW, I also tried some spots that I could have sworn would be higher but those didn't give credit either.
