Is that a typo in the game when you examine the portrait inside the assassin's guild? Its suppose to be Lucrezia. Also why is there a picture of her in your assassin's guild?

I'm guessing that you bought a painting of Lucrezia and any painting you buy turns up in the assassin HQ.

The portraits of Lucretzia and other templar characters from the game are added automatically to your hideout when you meet them and/or kill them.

Why does Ezio have paintings of his targets and who does them? Beats me...

Probably has the paintings to detail a list of accomplishments. As for who does them...he probably finds them in the market of people who had them commissioned or some such.
