Only problem is Codies haven't got the rights to all of the teams & players. That is why the players names are messed up. I think EA has the official licenses to all the Cricket teams, domestic leagues etc. That is why Codemasters do not have proper names for teams other than England & Australia. It is unfortunate, but at least they have an editor where you can change them yourself.

Yeah Cricket 07 was the best but the commentry was boring i wish ea would change that and be more like BLIC but only in the commentry department everything in EA's Version Of Cricket is perfect

dont worry tht much abt the animations..the gameplay shud be gud..& there shud be lots of modes in this games..like the classic black & white mode they had in blc 2005!!!

It's just a matter of time before EA buys out the cricket market

They can't use the real names for other people since EA has the license for the real names. So only the players from England and Australia will probably have their real names in. Unfortunately, this doesn't sell in the US for consoles, so I would have to get one from out of Europe for the PS3, since it is region-free. For those of you who don't understand cricket, just know that we who follow cricket feel the same way about baseball. It is just what we grew up with.

this is the wii version of the game .... you surely couldnt be expecting great animations. i hope they do a good job with the controls

Animation is really disappointing but we don't have much of a choice,I guess.

will wait for wii review to see how motion controls work, could turn out being really good or really bad. if they turn out to be a bit crap, i'll get it on 360 which was good on the demo, but will obviously be much better with more than 3 overs each

you have to feel a little sorry for those getting it on the wii, the graphics are much worse and the gameplay doesn't look as good.

any aussies know if this is coming in august 6 or 13. it was 13 but now it says 6 on gamespot. day 1 for me.

i cant help but be a little disappointed at the player animations, it looks like they haven't changed them since the last brian lara. the way that bowler ran up and was hit for six half way through the vid looked stiff. i wish they'd do some motion capture or something. think i'll get it anyway...
