Zoe Mode gets sister studio

Brighton-based Crush developer selects London for first expansion office; operations to begin in September.

Last year, UK development studio Kuju Brighton adopted the persona of Zoe Mode to reinforce its unique identity. That identity won't be unique for much longer, as the studio today announced its first expansion, a London office set to open in September.

Zoe Mode London will be built around a core team pulled from the flagship studio and headed by current Zoe Mode Brighton executive producer Nick Rodriguez. The team already has its first two projects lined up, and is actively hiring for a variety of positions, including producer, art manager, and senior programmer.

Since its adoption of the Zoe Mode moniker, the Brighton studio has specialized in music and party games. It is currently developing Konami's Rock Revolution rhythm game, and has previously worked on Sony's SingStar games, Activision's Dancing with the Stars, and Sega's PlayStation Portable puzzler Crush.
