Xbox One Gets $50 Ryse: Legendary Edition

Gamers can now buy the Ryse: Legendary Edition, a $50 bundle that includes Xbox One launch title Ryse: Son of Rome and all of the DLC released through the game's season pass.

The four expansions included with the Legendary Edition are the Morituri Pack, Duel of Fates Pack, The Mars' Chosen Pack, and the Colosseum Pack. These expansions include new maps for the game's various modes, as well as extra skins and characters.

It's a big week for Ryse, as the game is also coming to PC on Friday. The PC version includes the four expansion packs listed above, as well as a host of PC-centric features like 4K resolution support and all manner of options for things like shading quality and object detail.

Ryse was developed by Crytek and published by Microsoft. A sequel to the game, for Xbox One or PlayStation 4 potentially, will be considered if sales of those platforms improve, according to Crytek CEO Cevat Yerli.
