The PS4 version of World of Tanks utilizes the "full power of the PlayStation 4," Wargaming said, adding players can also look forward to Trophies, Share Play, and Remote Play with PlayStation Vita.

In addition, everyone who logs in before January 31 gets a free T1E6-PS Light Tank with "exclusive camouflage."

World of Tanks on PS4 does not require PlayStation Plus. However, if you do have a subscription, you'll get access to the Pz.Kpfw. II Ausf. J German Light Premium Tank bundle, as well as three days of premium account time. The offer will be available when the game launches on January 19.

You can learn more about the PS4 version of World of Tanks here on Wargaming's website. In addition, Wargaming is giving away a World of Tanks-branded PS4 as part of a special contest; details about the giveaway can be found here.

World of Tanks has been around on PCs for years, and was ported to Xbox 360 in 2014 and Xbox One in 2015. The PS4 version marks the game's first appearance on a PlayStation platform.
