World Cyber Games organizer gets new CEO

Former head of Samsung's A/V business marketing group named to run International Cyber Marketing.

Korea-based International Cyber Marketing, the organizer of the World Cyber Games competition, today announced it has appointed a new CEO to head the organization. Hyoung-Seok Kim, former head of Samsung's audio/video business marketing group, will take over as president and CEO of the company at the next provisional stockholders meeting. Kim is taking the reins of the company as it makes its run up to the big Grand Finale in Monza, Italy, this October. National championship events are already under way, with the US championships set for this Saturday and Sunday in Los Angeles.
