Those wonderful folks who brought us E3 say: gamers, buckle up! A recent IDSA study says the PC and console industry experienced 70 percent growth in the first half of 1998, homes with consoles has grown from 6 million in 1996 to an estimated 27 - 30 million by the end of 98, and 45 percent of all homes now pack at least one PC.
